1. Two copies of the child"s passport with current visa.
2. Two copies of the child"s birth certificate.
3. Copy of the father passport.
4. National ID for (student + father).
5. Copy of family register (for UAE applicants only).
6. Six copies of student"s photos.
7. The most recent original school report from the previous school.
8. Original Transfer Certificate issued by previous school.
9. One copy of the vaccination certificate.
