GUIDELINES TO PARENTS AND STUDENTS

FOR THE 1^st TERM SUMMATIVE ASSESSMENTS

General instructions:

• First Term Assessment from Wednesday November, 20, 2024 till Thursday December, 12, 2024.
• The school will follow a regular schedule from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM on 20/11/2024 and 21/11/2024, during the ICT and Social Studies exams.
• School committees will be active from Monday, 25/11/2024, to 12/12/2024.
• Online revision will be conducted as per schedule.
• The National Day celebration is scheduled for Thursday, 28/11/2024.
• All students must go to the committees at 8:15 a.m.
• Exams will start at 8:30 a.m. till 10:30 a.m. (The students will leave after the exams).
• School buses for kg 1 and Kg 2 will leave at 10:30 a.m., car students will leave at 10:45 a.m.
• School buses for gr 1 till gr 12 will leave at 11:00 a.m., car students will leave at 11:10 a.m.
• Timetable and Portion of the summative assessment is shared via school portal/google classroom.
• All exams from Grades 1 to 12 will be paper based.
• All students must bring their own pencils and pens for the exams.
• Students from Grades 1 to 8 are not allowed to use calculator for math subjects.
• Grade 9 to 12 students can use calculator.
• Grade 9 and 10 students must bring their own geometry box during math exam.
• Students are not allowed to use mobiles, apple watches, and air pods during the exams.
• All students must wear the school uniform during the exams.
